Program Description

Pure Endurance program is for those looking to boost their cardiovascular capabilities. This program revolves around long-distance running, cycling, swimming, and rowing, targeting aerobic endurance and stamina.

Sample Week:

Monday:

  • 5 Mile Run: Timed

Tuesday:

  • 2k Swim: Timed

Wednesday: Rest

Thursday:

  • 50-mile Bike Ride: Timed

Friday: Rest

Saturday:

  • 10k Row: Timed

Sunday:

  • Long Distance Hike or Ruck: 3 hours minimum
