Sample Week:

*Monday*:

* 5 Mile Run: Timed

*Tuesday*:

* 2k Swim: Timed

*Wednesday*: Rest

*Thursday*:

* 50-mile Bike Ride: Timed

*Friday*: Rest

*Saturday*:

* 10k Row: Timed

*Sunday*:

* Long Distance Hike or Ruck: 3 hours minimum
